IS Baked Goods LLC, is a minority, woman owned and operated business. The owner Ingrid Smallwood has over seven years of culinary experience, providing delicious baked goods to family, friends, and colleagues. She has completed various Wilton cake decorating classes and has successfully developed her cake decorating and baking skills by decorating cakes for family, friends, coworkers, conducting in-class presentations, and competing in decorating competitions. Ingrid graduated with high honors from Stratford University where she received a Baking and Pastry Associate Degree. She is a member of the American Culinary Federation and is a proud recipient of four (4) ACF Cake Decorating Bronze medals, two (2) in the specialty cake category and two (2) in the wedding cake category.
